You are encouraged to download this symptom tracker app designed by doctors and scientists at King's College London, Guys and St Thomas’ Hospitals working in partnership with ZOE Global Ltd – a health science company.
Available from the App Store or Google Play, the app is being used to study symptoms of the disease and to track its spread.
It will help researchers learn more about the outbreak and disease itself and could also help inform decisions around how long the current measures of social distancing will need to be adhered to.
The researchers want people to use it even if they have no symptoms.
The app is quick and easy to use and the public is asked to record any symptoms, or no symptoms at all, by answering a series of questions with simple yes or no answers.
